Gone Fish'in...

Jordan went fishing on the Snake River and caught 4 big Steel-head Salmon.  He was pretty excited!!

I was so impressed that he not only caught them he cleaned and cooked them as well.  The kids had so much fun watching him prepare the salmon dinner feast!! 

Luke was so funny---he kept saying, "Umm this chicken is sooooo good!"  Ha!!  I think he ate 1 whole fish himself.  He loved it!  As for Isabella & I we tried it.  Let's just say that it doesn't make it to our "we could eat this every night" list.
