To my father, I love you and miss you and will never forget you!! I know you are watching over our family!! I can't wait to hug & kiss you again!

To my step-father, Grandpa Bill...who is so good to us & is an AWESOME grandpa to our kids! I will never hear the end of your truck ride with the kiddos!

To Jordan's dad, Grandpa Jeppson...who is an amazing man in many ways! And who is THE biggest sucker for little brown-eyed girls who want snack after snack-even when mom says, "no!"
To my Bro, Abe...who our kids & I adore! Who lets the kids crawl, jump & play with him...even with a long day of work! You are going to make an AWESOME dad!
...and to my in laws, cousins, nephews and all the other Fathers in my life, I LOVE YOU guys!!

What a FUN week!!
We took the kids to hit a bucket of balls.
Bella is anxiously awaiting her mini golf lesson from dad.
Luke is getting his lesson!
He insisted on finding his yellow golf ball that Tyson (one of his cousins) gave to him!
Just having fun!
We found a really cool 20 ft. 'fort' on our hike.
Isabella was a good sport on the hike until she was attacked by mosquito's!
We decided to go on a family hike. Some of us like heights better than others! Sorry Luke, we won't torture you like that again!
Daddy & Luke are working hard on another puzzle!
Luke & daddy having some afternoon fun!
Jordan requested Carne Asadas for dinner...Wow, were they yummy! This is one of his favorite desserts. Mom Jeppson's...June's Raspberry Cheesecake Crunch! The missionaries came over for dinner tonight! The kids just LOVE when they come over!Thursday, June 19, 2008
Yummiest Lemon Shoyo No Yaki Tori...or a super good Chicken Marinade
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce (I use low-sodium)
1/4 cup canola oil
1 T sugar
1 clove garlic minced (I double because we love garlic)
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T fresh finely grated ginger (or you can sub. 1/4 tsp ground ginger-I use fresh ingred. whenever I can!)
1/4 tsp Accent, MSG or Bon Appetit (opt., I have never used this)
Marinate strips of boneless skinless chicken breasts for at least 2 hours. We love to grill on skewers & serve with white sticky rice & broccoli!!! YUMM!!
